Book your dog’s stay with us.

Booking in advance ensures your dog’s spot and locks in our current rates. All boarding reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. You may cancel one week in advance and receive a full refund (less transaction fees). If you cancel less than a week prior to your dog’s stay, you will receive 50% refund (less transaction fees) on boarding fees only. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your dog/s appointment with us, you will be liable for 100% of their stay.

Training services are non-refundable. You may reschedule at a later date. Training sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.

If booking over a busy holiday weekend, please let us know two week in advance if your plans change. Due to high demand and limited availability, cancelations made the week prior or week of will be liable for paying 100% of their dog/s stay.

We book up to 60 days in advance. If you are interested in dates further out, please send us an email and we will reach out to you prior to those dates being released for booking.

**All dogs boarding with us must be up to date on core vaccinations, current with flea & tick prevention and spayed or neutered and crate trained. If your dog is not up to date, unaltered or not crate trained, please do not proceed with booking.**

**All dogs enrolled in our training program must be at least one year of age or older. Up to date on core vaccinations, current on flea & tick prevention, spayed / neutered. If your dog has any health concerns, bad hips or joints, please do not proceed with booking. Your dogs overall health and wellness comes first.**
